I have switched the default bit rate and resolution in the Windows sound control panel back and forth from 24/48k to 16'14.4k, but still Cakewalk won't make any sound. Im running version 4.59.0 which I believe is the last version. There have been driver/firmware updates last year, so Id make sure you get those. But I do have Windows configured to use 48khz just like all my ASIO projects in every daw. But When I plugged in the audio interface to record, Cakewalk stopped playing sound.
